JCRP Candidate Services & Campaign Central Statement of Understanding

I, ______________, understand that as a candidate I am responsible for running my own campaign, including fundraising, advertising, voter interactions, events, and volunteer recruitment. It is my responsibility to comply with all KS Ethics rules and campaign finance filings.

By choosing to participate in activities that are led by the Johnson County Republican Party, I acknowledge the Party will determine best targeting, tactics, channels, etc. to deploy resources and volunteers on my behalf.

By choosing to take advantage of JCRP support through Campaign Central, I agree to do the following:

• Add my campaign events to the Shared Calendar of Events for the benefit of other candidates (scheduling coordination, inviting others to participate)
• Supply volunteers for coordinated Party efforts on my behalf
• Provide requested Campaign digital assets (logo, bio, headshots, etc.)
• Protect sensitive or competitive information shared by the Party or other candidates through the portal
