Elephant Club Featuring KS Republican Party Chairman Kelly Arnold

Kelly Arnold was elected Chairman of the Kansas Republican Party in January of 2013. He has served on the Kansas Republican Party State Committee for over 10 years and fulfilled many roles in local, state and national political offices. Kelly co-founded the Republican Men’s Leadership Series which trains and equips individuals to run for local office. Kelly has served in many capacities within the Republican Party. He served as Vice-Chairman as well as Finance Director of the Kansas Republican Party and served as Chairman of the Sedgwick County Republican Party. Nationally, Kelly recently served over 10 years for the Young Republican National Federation including 2 years as the organizations treasurer. Kelly is the elected Sedgwick County Clerk and currently serves as a Trustee of Kansas Public Employee Retirement, which oversees the investments of the $16 billion portfolio and operations of the organization.
